IG2 was founded by technology attorneys with extensive experience doing sophisticated technology deals. Our founders brought to IG2 both top IT law firm experience and major corporation in-house IT counsel experience. Prior to founding IG2, our owners were founders of Rudnick & Wolfe’s nationally-known Information Technology Practice (now DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary).
